Dr. Nadia Mistry, N.D.

Dr. Nadia Mistry N.D. practices general family medicine, providing care for the entire family. Her areas of specialty are naturopathic pediatrics and women’s health. She treats children with acute and chronic conditions. She also specializes in female hormone balancing including reproductive health disorders, menstrual disorders, menopause, adrenal and thyroid health.
Dr. Mistry strongly believes that the body can heal itself. Her healing philosophy is to blend conventional treatment modalities and diagnostic techniques with natural modalities such as homeopathy, botanicals, nutrition, hydrotherapy, counseling and nutritional supplementation She strives to listen carefully to her patients in order to address the root cause. Every patient has a unique story to tell and Dr. Mistry loves working with all members of the family to co-create individualized treatment plans for optimal wellness.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Dr. Nadia Mistry, ND received her doctoral degree in naturopathic medicine from Bastyr University in Seattle. She received advanced training in homeopathy with Dr. Paul Herscu and Dr. Amy Rothenberg of the New England School of Homeopathy. Additionally, Dr. Mistry trained in the use of bio-identical hormones with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. She also has advanced training in natural approaches in the treatment of neurological and psychiatric disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, and autism spectrum disorders.
Before attending Bastyr, she graduated Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Texas at Dallas with a degree in Computer Science. Dr. Mistry is a certified vinyasa yoga teacher and taught classes in Las Vegas and Seattle prior to medical school.
