Dr. Daniel Brousseau, DO

Specializing in pediatrics and heart health

Dr. Brousseau is a family practice physician, employing both conventional and alternative approaches to medicine. He is also a co-founder of Paracelsus. Dr. Brousseau’s patients range from newborns to adults of all ages. He has a special interest in dermatology, sleep disorders, and attention and behavioral issues in adults and children. He also has an interest in health optimization for sport, fitness and performing arts.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Dr. Daniel Brousseau, DO received his medical degree from Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove, IL, where he was honored with the Medical Staff award. He completed a traditional rotating internship at Olympia Fields Osteopathic Hospital and Medical Center in Olympia Fields, IL and an osteopathic family practice residency at Downey Regional Medical Center in Downey, CA.

Dr. Brousseau is board certified in Family Practice/Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. Dr. Brousseau also completed the Physicians’ Association for Anthroposophical Medicine Training in Anthroposophically Extended Medicine. He has also provided anthroposophical medical care for patients at the Raphael Clinic in Fair Oaks, CA.

MEMBERSHIP AND RECOGNITION

Dr. Brousseau has taught physiology, illness and child development to prospective Waldorf teachers at the Bay Area Center for Waldorf Teacher Training in Sausalito, CA. He worked for 4 years as the staff physician at Stocker Crenshaw Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA.
