Dr. Daniel Brousseau, DO, is a co-founder of Paracelsus Natural Family Health Center. He is a primary care physician who is board-certified in family practice. 

He is an Osteopathic physician who takes an individualized approach with each patient, investing the time and consideration that is sometimes lacking in conventional primary care. 

He utilizes lifestyle, supplements, and medications as needed in a functional approach to care. His comprehensive care extends to patients across the entire lifespan, from newborns to seniors, with an integrative philosophy that addresses the whole person.  

Training and Professional Experience

Dr. Brousseau earned his medical degree from Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove, IL, where his exceptional performance was recognized with the prestigious Medical Staff award. He completed an osteopathic family residency at Downey Regional Medical Center.

His credentials include board certification in Family Practice/Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment from the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.  Dr. Brousseau has further expanded his therapeutic approach through completion of the Physicians’ Association for Anthroposophical Medicine Training in Anthroposophically Extended Medicine, a holistic system that integrates physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of healing.

His commitment to education is demonstrated through his teaching of physiology, illness, and child development to prospective Waldorf teachers at the Bay Area Center for Waldorf Teacher Training in Sausalito, CA.

When Dr. Brousseau isn’t practicing medicine, he spends his time raising four children with his wife, Shannon, in Altadena and enjoys camping, hiking, and backpacking.  He loves physical activity and rides his bike to work every day.
