New Patient Visits
New patient visits last one hour and cost $360. These usually involve a full medical history, review of prior lab tests and scans that you have brought with you, evaluation of current medications and supplements, answers to your questions, a physical exam and a fully-explained treatment plan. This thorough visit allows you and your doctor to get to the root cause of your problems so that your health concerns can be properly addressed for long-term health gains.
Follow-Up Visits
Follow-up visits are a half hour long and cost $180. Your doctor will schedule a follow-up visit with you approximately one month after the initial visit in most cases. The purpose of the follow-up visit is to review tests ordered during the initial visit, evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment plan, and make any necessary adjustments to it. The frequency of future visits will vary.
Longer follow-up appointments can be arranged at hourly rates. You will never be charged extra for your visit without a discussion beforehand.
Insurance Coverage
The office does not bill insurance. If you have a PPO, your visits may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance company at out-of-network provider rates for any of the doctors. This depends on a number of factors, including the insurance plan and deductible. We can provide you with a CMS-1500 form to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Some health savings accounts will allow you to pay for visits or supplements from that fund. Please check with your insurance company for details.
