Dr. Mallory AYE, N.D.
Specializing in depression & anxiety, women’s health, hormones, pelvic floor dysfunction
Following school, she completed a residency at Sierra Tucson where she received mentorship and additional training to support women during all aspects of their life, including more difficult experiences such as trauma and chronic pain. During residency, she learned how to best support, listen to, and care for patients experiencing depression, anxiety, as well as how to address trauma compassionately.
After experiencing chronic pelvic pain herself, she wanted to be able to offer her patients comprehensive treatment options in addition to naturopathic modalities. She trained through the Herman and Wallace Institute in pelvic floor therapy and is passionate about helping people and that experience chronic pelvic pain and pelvic floor dysfunction find relief.
Dr. Aye believes that holding space for people during important times in their lives is crucial to health and wellbeing. She uses an evidenced-based approach to health with an emphasis on natural modalities. Her aim is to form a collaborative health partnership with each patient. She works with each individual to understand all of the components that make up their unique health history, including the mental and emotional aspects. With this information, she is able to create a unique treatment plan that takes your health goals into consideration. Dr. Aye strives to create a judgement free space in the clinic and approaches healthcare from a trauma-informed, body-neutral, and gender-inclusive perspective.
Symptoms are the body communicating that something is out of balance. Illness presents us with an opportunity to shift back towards health. Work with Dr. Aye to learn how naturopathic medicine can support you during whatever time of life you are in.
